Summary
As Executive Producer, you understand how to drive business excellence - bringing in business requirements, planning progress, identifying risks and aligning expectations and development to resources, ultimately delivering excellent products, services and experiences for customers, partners and users. A diplomatic communicator, you’ve mastered negotiating competing interests and viewpoints, aligning everyone involved towards common objectives and product releases. You’re entirely familiar with Agile methodologies, having led cross-functional development teams of Design, Art, UX, Data, Engineering, and QA - both internally and externally - through all scrum artifacts, keeping a high standard of clarity through open communication. Running budgets and scenarios is second nature and working with finance counterparts is precise and timely. Start-up ambiguity is your bread and butter, and you’re ready to contribute to stellar growth in coming months, quarters and years.

Clarity of development roadmaps, including risk identification and mitigation, organized into reliable backlog
Proven track record of highly reliable, high-quality software releases
Experience working with external development and manufacturing partners.
Demonstrable project management experience in Agile scrum environment using Atlassian tools
Experience delivering across multiple platforms, whether digital (e.g. iOS, Android, web), traditional (e.g. printed materials, merchandise, hard goods) and events.
Experience in data driven development, working collaboratively with data scientists.
What you’ll be doing
Own and execute against business objectives, including budgets and quality standards.
Own and manage adherence to Scrum practices and artifacts, risk mitigation and and potential strategies to balance product scope, quality and timeliness
Establish widespread best practices in project management tools and systems, including Jira and Confluence
Balance the Creative, Business and Product management perspectives to deliver an optimal balance of creative design, user experience and data science into development
Provide creative solutions to conflicting objectives, providing guidance to all product teams around relative priority and quality requirements
Work with key stakeholders to ensure the product is integrated into appropriate customer and partner ecosystems to achieve end-to-end user engagement.
Enhance relationships with strategic partners, customers, business development stakeholders, suppliers and internal departments including Data and Marketing.
Facilitate iterative and collaborative environment to improve, and flesh out the experience design throughout the development process.

5 or more years’ experience as Producer, Program or Project Manager or ScrumMaster, preferably in creative software development and…
Certified in Agile Scrum
Experienced in running multi-release, full-cycle and multi-stage development projects covering ideation through DevOps and end of life, in an Agile environment
Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
Organized and analytical in decision making.
Demonstrable strategic mindset and ability to communicate this focus to a team, as well as report up to the executive team.
A mentor with a proven track record in managing teams, and getting the best out of them.
Experience in managing Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
B.A., M.A. or related experience
Experience with mobile apps.
Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and practices, especially making use of the intentional gaps left in the Agile approach.
Are well known for rolling up your sleeves and just getting things done.Care a lot about people – those using your app or playing your game, as well as those in your team and in your company, working collaboratively across all business areas.
Think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.

An awareness of current trends in employee engagement, games, design, and software development.

Entertainment industry experience in another discipline (programming, art, production, audio, editing, directing, etc.).
Experience with rapid prototyping, hardware development and manufacturing and/or data-driven design and development.
Passion for playing and making games and an excellent understanding of what makes them fun.
