Brandon Hall Group has recognized Trivie and Lucid Motors with a Silver HCM Excellence Award in the Sales Performance category for DRIVE 100. The HCM Excellence Awards recognize organizations that successfully develop and deploy programs, strategies, technologies and solutions that deliver measurable business results and advance excellence in Human Capital Management.
The Challenge: Building Confidence in Customer-Facing Finance Conversations
DRIVE 100 is Lucid’s 100-day onboarding and development program that builds confidence, capability and performance among Sales & Delivery new hires. The program addresses the unique demands of Lucid’s direct-to-consumer model, where employees navigate finance and lease products, customer communication, and cross-functional workflows without dedicated onsite finance managers. Employee surveys identified confidence in customer-facing finance discussions as a key area for development.
The Solution: A Sales Onboarding Program Powered by Trivie
To address this need, Lucid partnered with Trivie to develop the Lucid Financial Services (LFS) Success Track. Trivie is an AI-driven knowledge retention platform that helps people remember up to 90% of what they’ve learned through gamified microlearning that uses spaced repetition. Trivie designed e-learning, workbook activities and assessments to strengthen knowledge retention and support real-world application. The program combines these tools with instructor-led training, guided practice, coaching, and standardized assessments throughout the 100-day journey.
The Results: Measurable Gains in Knowledge and Sales
Since launching in October 2025, DRIVE 100 has supported more than 400 new hires and demonstrated a 10.1% knowledge gain through its assessments. Vehicle deliveries increased 31%, from 4,078 to 5,345, while LFS cases remained essentially flat, improving cases per delivery by approximately 24%. Sales CSAT increased from 79% to 87% following the program’s launch, while demo drives increased 29.6%, from 5,469 to 7,089.
The program’s scalable design provides a repeatable model thay can adapt to future regions and extended across additional Sales Training Success Tracks. The recognition reflects the collaboration between Trivie and Lucid’s teams to develop a learning experience that connects employee development to measurable business and customer experience outcomes.
What This Recognition Means
“We’re proud to see our work with Lucid recognized by Brandon Hall Group,” said Ken Herfurth, CEO of Ander. “DRIVE 100 demonstrates what can happen when learning is designed around real business needs and reinforced through technology like Trivie. Together with Lucid, we built a program that not only strengthens knowledge and confidence for new hires, but also connects learning to measurable improvements in customer experience and business performance.”
“Every year, the HCM Excellence Awards remind us that innovation is ultimately about impact. The organizations recognized this year have demonstrated that great HR and learning strategies don’t just improve programs, they strengthen organizations, empower people and deliver measurable business results. We are honored to celebrate their achievements,” said Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group and HCM Excellence Awards Program Leader.
The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards are independently evaluated by a panel of Brandon Hall Group analysts, industry experts and experienced practitioners using criteria that assess business need, program design, innovation, adoption and organizational impact.
