What Is
Performance Intelligence?
Fair question. It’s not a learning management system. It’s not a content library. And it’s definitely not another tool where training goes to be completed, checked off, and promptly forgotten.
Performance Intelligence is what happens when you stop measuring training activity and start measuring what it produces.
Most platforms will tell you how many employees finished a course. Ander tells you whether any of it changed how they perform on the job. That’s a very different question and a much more useful answer.
“Think of it as the difference between counting reps in the gym and measuring whether someone’s actually getting stronger.”
HERE'S HOW WE DO IT
Two data streams, working together.
EXTERNAL DATA
Operational performance, OEM certifications, customer satisfaction scores, CRM activity.
Tells us what each employee needs to develop.
INTERNAL DATA
How they engage with learning, what they recall, when they practice, what they choose to explore voluntarily.
Tells us how to deliver it in a way that works for each individual.
Most platforms have one or the other. External-only systems can identify gaps but can’t adapt to the person. Internal-only systems can personalize delivery but have no connection to what the business actually needs.
We built both. That's what makes the measurement real.
Most systems give you data about training. Ander gives you the intelligence to connect employee knowledge, sentiment, and operational performance and tell you what’s causing the gap.
One system, built to surface exactly what's driving results,
and what isn't.

In 30 minutes, we’ll walk through how Ander connects learning, sentiment, and operational data to answer the question your current systems can’t: did it work?
